These Terms explain how sender.ae can be used, how subscriptions work, what is allowed on the platform, and the rules that protect both your business and ours.
What these Terms do
By using sender.ae, you agree to these Terms. They explain who can use the platform, how subscriptions and renewals work, what behavior is not allowed, what rights remain yours, and the limits of liability that apply to both sides.
1) Agreement & definitions
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and sender.ae. In these Terms, “Platform” means the sender.ae software, dashboards, automation tools, campaign features, analytics, exports, and related services. “Account” means the workspace created for your business and its authorized users.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2) Eligibility & authority
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- If you use sender.ae on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.
- You must comply with all laws, regulations, and industry rules that apply to your business and messaging activity.
3) Accounts & security
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and access to your Account.
- You must ensure only authorized people use your Account.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your Account, whether by admins, staff, or connected systems.
- sender.ae may use logging, monitoring, rate limits, and security controls to protect the Platform.
4) Service scope
sender.ae provides campaign management, AI-assisted conversation handling, lead qualification, booking workflows, analytics, and integrations depending on the subscription plan you choose.
- Some features are limited by plan, usage allowance, or workspace settings.
- We may improve, modify, replace, or retire features to maintain quality, security, and performance.
- We do not guarantee lead volume, message delivery outcomes outside our control, conversion rates, or revenue results.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to use sender.ae to:
- Send spam, scams, phishing attempts, or deceptive messages
- Upload unlawfully obtained data or contact lists you do not have permission to use
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or target people unlawfully
- Bypass technical limits, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
- Interfere with the stability, performance, or reputation of sender.ae
- Use the Platform in violation of WhatsApp policies or other applicable platform rules
6) Plans, billing & renewals
- Plan prices, limits, and billing structure are shown on the website or in your Account.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Failure to pay may lead to feature restrictions, downgrade, or suspension.
- Taxes, VAT, and government charges may apply where required.
- Usage limits and included message volumes are tied to your selected plan.

7) Data & privacy
You control the customer data, campaign inputs, and conversation records you use with sender.ae. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to process and message the people in your database.
- You remain responsible for consent, lawful collection, and compliance obligations related to your data.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how sender.ae processes account, campaign, and conversation data.
- You may export or delete data according to available platform capabilities, plan rules, and legal requirements.
8) Intellectual property
- sender.ae owns the Platform, interface, software, branding, and platform materials, except for your data and content.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during your active subscription.
- You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Platform except where law strictly allows it.
9) Third-party services
sender.ae may depend on or connect with third-party services, such as hosting infrastructure, WhatsApp providers, CRMs, spreadsheets, APIs, analytics, or webhook destinations.
- Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.
- We are not responsible for outages, limitations, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by third parties.
- You are responsible for how your integrations are configured and where your exported data is sent.
10) Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted delivery, or that third-party services will always remain available.
- AI features are assistive tools. You remain responsible for reviewing outcomes, business decisions, and customer handling.
11) Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sender.ae is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you to sender.ae during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold sender.ae harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your data, your content, your campaigns, your integrations, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
13) Suspension & termination
- We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, non-payment, legal risk, or a security threat.
- You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process applicable to your plan.
- After termination, access to features may stop and remaining data handling will follow applicable retention rules and the Privacy Policy.
14) Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect service improvements, legal changes, pricing structure updates, or operational requirements. If changes are material, we may notify the primary Account email and update the effective date shown on this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
