Terms that are clear and fair.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and sender.ae (“we”, “us”). “Platform” means the sender.ae software, dashboards, and related services. “Account” means the workspace created for your business and its users.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• You must be able to form a legal contract under applicable law.
• If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your business operations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• You must ensure only authorized users access your Account.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your Account.
• We may apply security controls (rate limits, session controls, logging) to protect the Platform.

sender.ae provides campaign management features, conversation handling, AI assistance, analytics, and exports/integrations depending on your subscription plan.

• We may improve, change, or update features to enhance performance and security.
• Some features may be plan-limited, usage-limited, or marked as beta.
• We do not guarantee outcomes such as lead volume, conversion rate, or revenue.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Send spam, scams, phishing, or misleading content.
• Upload unlawfully obtained contact lists or data you do not have rights to use.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit individuals.
• Attempt to bypass technical restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform beyond what is permitted by law.
• Use the Platform in a way that causes reputational, legal, or security risk to sender.ae.

• Pricing and plan limits are shown on the website or in your Account.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Non-payment may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to paid features.
• Taxes and government fees, if applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You control the personal data you upload and process using the Platform. You confirm you have a lawful basis to use it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process data and protect accounts.

• You remain responsible for your data sources, consent, and compliance obligations.
• You can export data if your plan includes exports/integrations.
• You can request deletion of Account data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal requirements.

• sender.ae owns the Platform, software, UI, and branding (excluding your content and data).
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform during your subscription.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or copy the Platform without written permission.

The Platform may connect with third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, integrations). Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes in third-party services.
• You are responsible for your integrations and the security of destination systems (CRMs, sheets, webhooks).

• The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
• AI-assisted features are automated and assistive; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes and taking decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sender.ae is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to sender.ae in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold sender.ae harmless from claims arising from your data, your content, your use of the Platform, your integrations, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, or serious violations.
• You can cancel your subscription according to your plan settings or by contacting support.
• After termination, access to paid features may stop; data retention follows our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

We may update these Terms to reflect improvements, legal updates, or operational changes. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and may notify the primary Account email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
